Having a stage by stage approach also allows us to have regular interactions with our clients so they can be involved in the process and have an input into what direction they would like the project to go when we offer alternative ways forward.
All projects are different. The duration of a project will depend on complexity, involvement of external partners, compliance and testing requirements and many other factors. At the outset of any new project we aim to give the client a clear understanding of what is involved in terms of stages of development, costs, timescales and the required input from external parties.
